「The location is very good. My family enjoyed the evening kickback and the observation deck. Very close walking proximity to the stadium and the arch. The elevator system is a bit confusing. 」

「It was great and comfy I wish the pool and hottube were a little more clean but everything else was great. 」

「We had some maintenance issues but the front desk had maintenance up to work on this with in 5 minutes. The evening desk staff were ever patient with helping another guest that needed accommodations. Unfortunately the hot tub broke just days before our stay but the pool was open and was very clean. The hotel was fully booked with a school trip and the baseball game guest but just a short wait for breakfast is nothing while sipping a free mimosa. 」

「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「The hotel is immaculate! The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is pretty dim. We were in a handicap accessible room. The grab bars were well placed and helpful. However the shower head needs replacing. It is obvious the staff running the hotel are committed to excellence! The place is sparkling!」

「Everything was good but room had the smallest bathroom. It was so small that the door had to open out into the hotel room. Breakfast was very good. 」

「It was the first time we ever stayed at a drury inn. Some nice surprises with the happy hour. The food was pretty good.」

「Breonna checked me in and was fantastic. She took very good care of me. Made sure I had a room with working air and also gave me a late checkout. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much. 」

「Top notch customer service! Very accomodating..Adam the manager was wonderful! We asked if it was possible to put our ice bricks for our cooler in their freezer and he said, Sure! Then we somehow we got the safety latch to our room in the locked position and again Adam helped us get into our room. Only thing missing is a hot tub..lol 」
