「The staff was courteous, and the property was clean, but I was disappointed that housekeeping was not included during my five-night stay. Even after requesting service, my room was still not cleaned the next day. More consistent servicing should be provided for longer stays.」

I did not look at the customer reviews before confirming the reservation. There are plenty of positive reviews, but I think that they are fake because they do not reflect my experience.」

The property is in a good location for us. The lobby was welcoming; however that was where anything positive to say about the property stopped.
