"The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "

"Quaint little inn. Was a great last minute find. Loved the room, we got in late but no TV in the room which was fine for us. Only wish the lobby was open in evening. Closes early but such a neat lobby area. "

"Nicely appointed room, easy check in. Beautiful property and surrounding area. A short drive outside of Downtown Dahlonega thru a curvy drive up the mountain. It is very quiet with nice outside amenities. "
