「The room and the entire hotel is filthy. We walked to our room and the carpet extremely stained and filthy.
The room had crumbs everywhere. Hair all over bathroom floor. We left immediately and would never stsy there. I'm asking for a full refund 」

「There were 3 crackers making noise all night long after turn off the light& cost me over an hour to find/kill each one after another but the the 4th cracker is stilling there, so finally I give up & checked out around 03:20 am in the small hour.
The staff's response was: "There is the season......"
Request full refund damage.」

「 It's not a good shape. I got a room and it was on the 1st floor and I went in and the smoke alarm was chirping. So I went to the front desk and I told them, and they just gave me a different room which is fine and I moved over a couple of rooms, and I went in there and that place looked like it was under construction. there's no shower curtain, the shower bars, just leaned in the corner.
