Providence 2 Stars Hotels

"Literally impossible to get into the building. No staff onsite. Sketchy behavior, musty, falling apart. Staying at a motel6 in LA was literally a better experience. Didn’t even end up being able to actually stay the night there becuase when we came back from dinner the front door to get in the building wouldn’t unlock. On top of that the police were outside when we got back. Ended up staying somewhere else, came back in the morning to a book propping open the door so luckily we where able to retrieve our belongings, which seemed like ether a total pain or close to impossible at that point. Oh also the staff that is available is only on the phone and have little to no customer service skills. When I told them that there where police outside and we couldn’t get it they told me that they weren’t notified of any security alerts. Lol just don’t stay here"

"Excellent, however the room I was in had a door that must have been the bathroom for the other room and everytime it was used I knew about it...other than that, excellent stay and very clean."
