It was a busy week up in Providence (Family weekend at most colleges), and hotel rates reflected it. The Quality Inn, however, had a reasonable price and included breakfast. The room was clean. The nights were quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. You can't go wrong with a waffle maker, coffee, bacon, english muffins, etc... It had a nice outdoor pool, but it was past pool weather even though it was in full sun. My only criticism, the entire interior needs a fresh update.

I was in Providence due to a medical emergency, so the location was convenient and the price was reasonable. One of the hotel clerks was also very helpful with getting my computer connected to the WiFi. However, my first breakfast with them was Sunday morning and they had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and the other items one would expect for breakfast. The next morning, they only had scrambled eggs. I thought I had gotten down to breakfast too late, but the following morning was the same and I got to breakfast early. Although it was already getting too cool to swim, their pool was a disgusting green and it was difficult to get hot water for showers.

The hotel is dated but you can tell the owners have tried to spruce it up. The room was relatively clean and everything was in working order. The breakfast was a little less than expected based on other hotel stays.

My room was quite nice. Large and very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. I didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. Breakfast for me was just ok. However, it was nice to have a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the room. That was super convenient. The shower water pressure was excellent. The AC quickly cooled the room and was not noisy. Very good value.

The breakfast was great! Room was clean and staff was nice. The hallways had an odd smell the whole time and I was disappointed tbh had the pool was closed though it was advertised pool as an amenity which is the only I reason I booked this hotel. It broke a few days before ny reservation check in and I want notified to be able to make other accommodations if I wanted pool access and waiting to see if I'll be refunded anything for them not telling guests the pool is closed, even at time of check in I was not told. I didn't know until I went down later that day to try and access it. Overall just an ok experience with the best part of the stay being the breakfast.

The place almost seemed sketchy from the outside but I was satisfied with everything inside. My room was nice. Despite a few ppl breaking the smoker rule around me hotel management helped me get the smell out of my room . Hallways were pretty clean . My fridge worked great . I was also impressed with the modern washer and dryer as well as the pool . Worth the affordable price . Thank you .
