Indianapolis Cultural Trail 2 Stars Hotels

Truly a wonderful hotel and excellent value!

I arrived early and would have had to pay almost half of my hotel rate to check in early so I passed on that (would have been free with their reward program) I liked that they asked for an estimate of arrival , but no problem occurred when I checked in earlier- Sister’s flight was delayed but they once again were able to provide excellent customer service- Nice area to stay as you are approaching airport from a less busy way via Avon- and one of the last Indy Bob Evan’s us just down the street.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I made a semi-last minute reservation at this hotel the night before the mini marathon. I could not have been more pleased. From the moment we checked in with a friendly and fun clerk, everything exceeded expectations. The lobby was clean & inviting, our room was clean and quiet, and they even provided safety pins for our race bibs. The only minor thing was no hand soap, but we made do with the complimentary shower gel. While there is no onsite parking, there is...

I felt like being at home.

Hotel was very clean, staff was excellent, and the continental breakfast was more than bagels, toast and coffee. It was a buffet. It made me being snowed in a treat. Thanks, Alex

You get what you pay for! The hotel and staff was welcoming. Easy check in. The breakfast was good. The room and bathroom was nice. The king size bed was super comfy, big tv, and a very well lit bathroom. We didn’t go to the pool, but it look clean and gorgeous. There is a laundry room, it was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Friendly and accommodating

Great location. Wonderful place to stay. Lovely breakfast. Lots of areas for small gatherings, meetings, etc.

Very convenient to restaurants. Property was clean and rooms were very well taken care of. The one suggestion I do have is to maybe upgrade the towels, they are starting to get alittle thin.

Clean, polite and helpful.
