「Kelly was a wonderful host. Since she had cancellations while we were there (Jan 2026) she upgraded us to the master with ensuite. There are 3 bedrooms in total. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were all kinds of snacks and coffee, tea, milk available. Kelly made lovely breakfast for us each morning and was so accommodating. 「It's in a nice location if you're spending one night for visiting volcano national park, but it's definitely not okay if you want to stay longer,because it's really far from EVERYTHING. The closest downtown is 45 minutes away by driving. The room is nice but simple. The wall is so thin that I could hear the detail conversation of my next door neighbor.」

「Overall I think the accommodations would have been perfect for a solo traveler, but I was uncomfortable. The mattress felt like it was very worn and saggy and there were popped springs that poked my back. I woke up in pain each night. I was also not informed that there wouldn't be WiFi until I got there. There wasn't any warning about this when I made the reservation and I had planned to make work zoom calls. It's a lovely space and lovely idea, but it could use some improvements for the price. 」

「Room was spacious and thoughtfully appointed. Central location was convenient to bus station and farmers market. It did get a bit noisy at times with the close proximity to downtown, but the mynas were the loudest things around. Contactless checkin was smooth and easy.
