"The staff at the check in desk was exemplary. I specifically was helped by Reeves and Emma. I have never had a better check in experience anywhere. They both were efficient and very personable. They shared knowledge of the property and Crested Butte in a real conversational and engaging way. I would stay at these properties again and have already recommended to friends."

"Priced accordingly, this is a tough place to stay. Poor quality mattresses and linens. Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. Baseboard heat makes the room go from 50° tov100° and is supplemented by a portable electric space heater. Creaky floors, covered in delaminating, separating Pergo. Evidence of past leaks and rotting window sills--really the list of deficiencies is the only thing impressive here. ...
