"The hotel we originally booked was fully occupied, so we were arranged to stay at one of their other properties. We felt that the new hotel was of a lower standard than the one we had initially booked; however, the receptionist informed us that both hotels are of the same grade. The surroundings of the new hotel appeared slightly disorganized, and there was a gambling shop situated at the street corner nearby."
