"The check in procedure was a bit complicated as the lobby closed at 5 and we were arriving after. I had trouble accessing a digital key. When I called, the person I talked to was very helpful and left us a key in the lockbox. So it all worked out. We would have liked to have had drinking glasses, a dish towel, paper towels in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and functional. It was quiet. We would stay there again."

"I had to stand outside in the freezing cold and rain to check in. There was no coffee or breakfast options..the main lobby stayed locked the whole time we were there. There are no elevators (not a big deal to myself) and parking is actually insane. I lucked out by getting a spot close to my room...but only because I have a small car. Would I stay again? Maybe...but it's not a place I'd be super excited about."
