「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

「When we first got there we had to get another room because in the first room the TV was broke and there was blood splatter on the wall behind the TV but they switched us rooms without a problem. House keeping did not clean room until they were asked to on the 4th day of a 7 day stay. No phone to call the front desk for anything that you may need had to use one elevator because all the others were out of service and only one ice machine in the whole building on the 1st floor. 「Microwave inside was flaked off, was afraid to use it. Beds were hard as a rock. Rooms were supposed to be newly remodeled and it looked like the slums. Supposed to be non smoking and the room smelled like cigarettes, bad. Supposed to have a hair dryer, not one. No ice machines, had to get it from office person, could not even get an ice bucket, gave it to you in a small trash bag. Supposed to have toiletries, that was a little bar of soap. No housekeeping the whole stay. Not even clean towels...
