"Great value hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom. Rooms are a bit dim, but it didn’t bother me personally. It’s no longer a Best Western. It’s a Red Roof Inn. It’s only 2 floors but there is no elevator. The staff however was very friendly, helpful, and quick to address any needs I had. We even got an upgrade for free simply for asking!! Overall, great stay for the price!! "

"I was in a room with a king size bed with a friend. I asked for another set of towels. I was told that rooms with king size beds only get one set. I went higher and was told I could get another set but the cleaning ladies said no. They said it's against the policy. It does not make sense. Now there are two ladies telling me I can't get towels for the other person in my room even though the person at the front desk said yes. I got my towels but their policy didn't make sense and it's obvious that...
