「The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The pool was like a bath SO WARM and amazing I’d come back for the pool alone!! The room was clean and cute. There were views of the mountains from our room and eating breakfast in the lobby. The only complaint is there wasn’t any soap or conditioner in our shower and yes, I could’ve called the front desk to let them know so that’s why I’m still keeping it 5 stars! We do wish the breakfast had more hot options but there is plenty to eat in the area...

「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range.
