We stayed for one night. We were surprised to learn that they don’t offer any toiletries except a tiny bar of soap. However there were plenty of towels, bed linens and pillows. The beds were very comfortable. Despite the property being older, I felt they are trying to keep up with its maintenance. Cleanliness was up to standards, but because the building is older, may not give that initial vibe. The biggest complaint was we could not turn on the bathroom lights due to the exhaust smelling like straight cigarette smoke. The bathroom light combined the exhaust and lights so there was no way to use the bathroom with the door closed because when you tried that smell would take over the room almost instantly. Lastly, the best part about this property was the staff. They were super friendly and accommodating, even the security guard was very polite and friendly. For this reason, I would return to this hotel if I needed another overnight stay. Thank you.

Room was okay. Difficulty with key, Trash outside and in elevator. Cover of AC was off. Next day I went to front desk to cancel my next two nights. No, I needed to contact Expedia. Waste of money.

The place smelled like human urine. There was partying going on all night and there wasnt even a cup to brush my teeth. Front desk was pretty nice though. Next day i cecked out and staff was almost rude when i wanted a reimbursement fo remaining nights. I checked out anyway. This place was terrible.

We arrived at the hotel with a reservation. The front desk told us they have one room available left but the heat in the room wasn’t working but they could provide a space heater. We said absolutely not and called Expedia to help with figuring out what to do. Expedia costumer service told us there is a room available there and it’s climate controlled. We explained that the front desk said the room has no heat and that the hotel giving us a space heater to use was not sufficient for getting a hotel room. Expedia customer service over and over said the room is climate controlled and the rooms available. I had got nowhere with costumer service they said no refund and they can’t help us get anther room. This is at 9pm at night and it was freezing out and we were tired. After an hour of talking to costumer service we were extremely upset and had to find a new room at 9pm. You can imagine getting a room on the fly cost us an arm and a leg and anther 20 minute drive. Needless to say I will never use Expedia services again and will let friends and family know that when you get into a bind with your hotel room traveling Expedia costumer service will be of zero help. Disappointed wouldn’t begin to tell you how we felt after this experience with Expedia costumer service
