At 3am someone tried to break in to our room, we were so scared that we left Tahoe at 4am. Unsafe, dirty and no heating.

Love all about this hotel especially very convenient to gondola, all the shoppings, restaurants and walkable to everything. The ski resort mountain vibe is fantastics; the room is comfort and roomy with impressive design for skiers. Great lodging to enjoy a wonderful Winter holidays.

Cute town. Nice scenery. Just don't stay at David Wally's or eat there. Restaurants is suoer slow and food isnt worth the wait.

If you have a wedding, the communication between the hotel/lodging and event coordination could be improved. Wedding discounts did not work, the hotel told some guests there was actually no wedding under our name, we could not block rooms etc..
