"My family and I usually stay in a cabin but because of the high prices we chose to stay here. Wow we were very impressed. The condos were located close to everything, literally right across the way from Walmart, Tanger Outlets and the NASCAR Racetracks. The balcony was huge. The condo was huge. A lot of space for me my husband and two kids. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful and not too crowded. We were able to walk to the pool from our condo. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely do this again."

"Our family recently stayed at Wilderness at the Smokies and had a great overall experience. The water park was definitely the highlight of our trip. There were plenty of attractions and activities for both kids and adults, and the variety of water park amenities kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The indoor and outdoor options make it a fantastic destination for families looking for a fun getaway. That said, there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. While the water park areas appeared well maintained, there was a noticeable odor in both the hallways and our guest room that was difficult to identify. It wasn’t overwhelming, but it was persistent enough to detract from the overall comfort of the stay. The rooms and common areas could benefit from a deeper cleaning and better attention to freshness. Additionally, some of the lounging areas around the water park could use more maintenance and upkeep, as a few appeared worn and less inviting than expected. Overall, Wilderness at the Smokies offers an excellent water park experience and great family-friendly amenities. If management addresses the cleanliness concerns, hallway and room odors, and improves maintenance of the lounging areas, this would easily be a top-tier family resort"
