「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. 「Room was not clean and very outdated. Customers were yelling at staff in the lobby every time we went downstairs because their rooms were dirty. Free breakfast/happy hour snacks were always empty and not refilled after multiple requests. Only good thing was the MTO omelet bar. The chef was very nice and professional. 」

「We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon.
