「The hotel is lovely- room was beautiful, well kept, spacious, and definitely a lovely place to stay! Easy access to the pub with great food below- for lunch and dinner. Only concern was the "openness" of the upstairs access to the hotel-- anyone is able to walk in the front door and held up the stairs with access to the rooms. 」

「The heating system didn’t work how it was supposed to, people leaving their vehicles running outside of the room all night long leaving and coming back don’t know what they were doing. Door slamming all night long, room is very very small. Got no sleep water pressure for the shower was very minimal. Took a long time to get a shower. Had to go to the front office and give them the ice bucket for them to take into their private room and get ice for us. Would not recommend this Hotel, I think there...

「We had an AMAZING time at The Inn At The Falls! We absolutely loved our room with an incredible view of the falls and picturesque landscape surrounding it here in Bracebridge. We couldn’t believe how big our balcony was at “The Mews” section of the property. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. 「This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. 」

Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself.」

「The property itself was nice, however having a pet with you makes it difficult to enjoy the amenities the resort offers ie, meals, breakfast buffet, gym, etc. we ended up ordering take away each day for all of our meals as we could not leave our dog unattended. For the price and type of rooms we had, we would’ve preferred to stay elsewhere with easier access to local amenities.
