「Nice and very helping staff」

「Great price for a comfortable hotel」

「Clean」

「rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay」

「A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

「Good」

「Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.」

「Four Complaints - all related. First, I requested (and received) an accessible room (I stayed in Room # 109 to be exact) - but there was no hand held wand in the shower - which many handicapped people (me included) absolutely require. This is a $20 (at most) DIY replacement job that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Second, the tub was very tall and difficult for me to climb into. The tub in this room should be replaced with a "low curb model" (no taller than 4 inches) to solve this problem....
