「Great rooms, staff.」

「Considering the inflated cost of your hotel rooms, you really need to invest in new beds and pillows. Probably the worst I've ever slept on. Don't even get me started on the breakfast. How can anyone mess up breakfast? I ordered the pancakes and had to send them back because they were essentially raw in the middle. The new pancakes weren't done either. 「Facility needs renovation. Staff was great.」

「1) The microwave in our room was broken 2) Hotel flooded 3) Breakfast runs too early 4) PARKING was AWFUL and handicap parking was taken everytime!! And a construction worker took parking once.」
