"Wonderful Beach Access! Great ocean views, comfortable beds. Spa was lovely, amount of pools available was spectacular. Grounds were absolutely beautiful! Close enough to all the tourist spots, Lyft/Uber convenient. The staff attention could be improved: My only complaint or feedback would be to have assistance for even those that check in to hotel after hours. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around midnight. The hotel is far too big to have people wandering around trying to find the different towers after traveling all day. We were also not offered any assistance with our luggage to our room. Only area of improvement. I was traveling w my elderly mother and this definitely put a damper on our stay. "

"The only complaint I would have is that on the website, it showed a much closer view of the ocean (rooms by the volleyball court) than the room I actually was given. We did have an ocean view but we had to walk across the Skywalk to get to the rooms which meant it was farther from the beach. Other than that, everything was wonderful. "
