The balcony view was amazing. Beach and pool was good. The tiki bar near the pool was so good. Food was so tasty there.

That is my second time on these apartments to the end of the year. The service and customer service was great. I would like to highlight the big improvement of the valet parking this year. Last compare with the last year.

The room was okay. Bathrooms wasnt satisfactory. The shower floor looked gross, with rust and some white stuff all over. Wasnt any of the bathrooms pictured. The acces to the beach was good. The bar inside the hotel was nice and food was decent. The pool was great and the outside tiki hut. The staff were nice and helpful.

The room was basic, clean and had everything I needed. I can't say enough about the staff. Any staff member I I interacted with during my stay were professional, courteous, and very helpful.

The ocean view from the apartment and the direct access to the beach were the highlights of our stay. The apartment itself was modest, somewhat ran down and could have been made cleaner. There was an issue with the AC, which was leaking water (from condensation, I suppose) inside the room. The valet system for parking is quite inefficient and the QR code for requesting one’s car does not work. It may take more than 30 minutes to request and get your car. My rating is mainly due to the location.

Location was good. Oven view from room is fantastic.valet parking service is excellent and no need to worry about parking at all. Room was not 100% clean and few things are not as expected. For the money I paid it’s worth I guess

The air conditioning was broken and leaking all over the place, the shower is disgusting and no water pressure, place was filthy. I had to buy disinfectant and cleaned up a bunch of mold, the door code was incorrect, the badge were super uncomfortable and very squeaky But the valley service was very great.

The reception staff was rude and refused to apologise for denying that I gave him my valet pass even when it was obvious that he was wrong. The few valet parking staff were great though; they coordinated the free valet parking for the large number of guests. The apartment was good but the swimming pool had cloudy water.

The pool, views, and beach access were great! The staff was pretty rude, there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance, and it’s not very touristy (no shopping, ice cream, etc…). The room was outdated and needed some maintenance, but for the price, it was still a great stay.
