"My husband and I enjoyed our stay quite a bit. We were put off by the low ratings, but we were booking last-minute and didn't have many options. We had a lovely time! Christy, who was chatty but never intrusive, took great care of us, including dropping us off in town and picking us up (this is a standard included service).
