"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. No extra seating in the room made it hard to sit and relax without being in bed. Walkable distances to all major sites. We do not spend too much time in our hotels anyway but if you want more comfortable space in general, perhaps...

"Daniel was amazing! He spent the time to share lots of details about the surrounding area and communicated clearly in advance of my check-in. The property is similar to a boarding house or hostel. You may share a bathroom with other travelers. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is walkable from the station and convenient to the center. There are cafes nearby. "We had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly kind, rooms were clean as can be, location was within 20 mins walking to all sightseeing. The only downside of our stay was there was no shower in our room. It was simply a tub and a shower head that needed to be held by hand. This wasn’t the end of the world for us as it was only 2 nights and we made do just fine. I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Florence! "
