"The experience was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. For our anniversary and celebration of our first baby, they left a thoughtful gift and upgraded the view of our room. The dining options were good and access to both pools was nice. Some constructive feedback: the bed was very hard and hurt our backs and made sleeping difficult. And the towels and robes were a bit scratchy. Outside of these things, everything was great and we had a nice time. "

"I have stayed at most of the Disney resort hotels over the last several years, and this is definitely one of my favorites! The staff, rooms, grounds, and amenities were all top shelf. The resort’s proximity to Magic Kingdom and access to the monorail system were also bonuses. Highly recommend!"
