Over all everything was good , expected parking. I paid $30 a day, I stayed at the property for 5 days and it was hard for me to find parking when I got to the hotel every night:

This property had extremely bad rooms. The AC was leaking in the bunkbed room and entire carpet was soaking wet. The alarm on top of bunk bed was hanging with wires exposed. The bathroom towel had a dead bug in it and the bathroom floor had ants.

The room wasnā€™t very clean. The water park closes two hours before the pool then opens 2 hours after pool is open check out is a bit early. The food, drinks and arcade are extremely over priced. The staff in the main pool area are not friendly. It was a one time stay wonā€™t return.

Terrible experience never would stay at this property again! I was charged $56 for ā€œearly checkinā€ just to be given a dirty room. The front desk was very rude unprofessional empathetic and unpleasant. They had me and my family with 2 small children waiting around on the property for 3 hours waiting for another room . When I checked out on the last day the front desk called and harassed me about a balance that was incorrect due to miss communication. No one apologize for the horrible experience they simply said we donā€™t know how else to help you .

There were a lot of bad reviews about this property, but donā€™t let that stop you!!! My family had an amazing time. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. Definitely a plus. There are many dining options and they are reasonably priced. Make sure to check out the kids eat free option too. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The staff were nice and friendly. When we needed more towels, they made sure to get them in a timely manner. I donā€™t have any complaints and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for an awesome experience for my sonā€™s birthday!
