「简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 」

「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. 「The hotel was really bad and it was very dirty. The door was broken it could be unlocked from the outside the lock wouldn’t work, the shower drain was partially clogged water drained very slowly, the mini fridge was also broken and I had told the person at the front desk many times but the door or fridge was never fixed. When we were eating breakfast and my son was eating cereal he had found a cockroach in it. 」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「My experience was excellent. All of the staff were very accommodating and eager to help and so nice. I also mentioned at check in that I was celebrating my birthday weekend and when I returned to my room from the pool, the staff had placed a birthday gift for me. I enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool the most but all of the amenities were great! I will definitely be a returning guest.」
