「Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. 「I wish i had booked both days while i was there. Check in was a little different as you have to enter from within the garage elevators, versus a main entrance on the street level.」

「A little hard to figure out where to park to check in, but after that it was good. Also, had a little difficulty getting out of the garage. Front desk said our card was good until 6, but we couldn’t get in the hotel doors with it to get to the parking garage, so we walked up the ramp, then parking was charged to our room, but the key card wouldn’t open the gate. We had to call someone and eventually got thru after giving room number and name. 」

「Stayed here our 16 wedding Anniversary. From the walk through the door to the check out. The staff, our room, the view from our room, the food and the whole experience was a 10 out of 10.」

「I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). I would stay there again. 」

「We had problems with our room keys a few times and had to keep going to the desk. The front desk was kind and assisted but it was a bit annoying when you can’t access your room or pool area when you need to. 」
