「Beautiful rooms. The area has a lot of noise below even on the second floor. Parking was challenging with no valet & cost was $30 per day which was pricey. 」

「The staff were great but the room and other areas not so great. Obviously minimal staff and low season. Looks like it’s set up to cater to a lot of people but not much attention to detail when not enough people are there. Beds were great 」

「We loved being able to stay so close to the DeVos center and Alex, who checked us in, was magnificent! Our room was incredibly huge and beautiful and well appointed, not to mention comfortable. We definitely will be staying there again when we head to GR for concerts! It was wonderful! I might add the original wooden floors are still there and in the rooms, the wooden floors creak which has a beautiful sound to them!!!!」

「this is a very straight forward little hotel. Amenities appreciated i.e. hairdryer, ironing board, coffee maker. It's close to downtown activities and other area attractions. It's not fancy by far, but it's fine for a couple of nights sleeping. Did provide a fairly nice breakfast free. Staff is very friendly and informative. It's a bit noisy around 6 a.m so don't stay in room 117 if you want to sleep in. Otherwise its a good stay for the money.」

「This was a pet friendly, convenient location for our visit. We had called to get adjoining rooms, which did not get set up. However, the front desk staff was able to shift our rooms & get this accomplished. The room was nice with ample space. There was a door to the outside near our room that needs maintenance. Breakfast & breakfast staff was very nice. Quiet Thurs but noisy Fri night. No surprise.」
