"The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular! We had a corner room with a 90 degree view of the water from the large sitting area. The B&B staff were so helpful in planning our day; it was like having a local travel consultant! We recommend buying the boat, gondola and excursion bus tickets in advance, before arriving at Sun Moon Lake. It is less expensive and will save you a lot of time, when you arrive. We were assigned a time for breakfast in order to keep the dining room from being too crowded. Breakfast was a combination of traditional Taiwanese and Western options. "

"Great experience. Parking was easy right across the street. Very clean and convenient to everything. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. The kids enjoyed the arcade room and their tatami room bed. Staff was very helpful and arrived right away to help us with the bed when we requested it. We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "

"Fantastic location, main restaurant overlooks the lake, limited selection for buffet breakfast. Mattress is very hard, room is spotless though furnishings are a little worn. Very generous with bottled water and shower amenities, but all the disposable plastic also means it isn't eco friendly"
