盥洗時發現使用熱水時會有蠻大的異響，通知櫃台來檢查後，確實有異常，檢查人員告知之前內部反應過此間客房存在異常問題，不知為何還會安排房客入住。 櫃台後續通知換房，服務人員過程中也沒有主動協助搬運行李，或表示可以協助的地方。 該區域高級住宿選擇有限，溪頭米堤也是首選之一，但這樣的房務與內部管控，實際體驗之後，個人並不推薦。
