「Very pleased with my stay. The Manager upgraded our room for being members which was a pleasant surprise. Quiet room, very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking garage is connected by a skywalk which felt safe and secure. Two restaurants below the hotel and walkable to many points of interest such as Van Andel and Intersection. Small outdoor patio area with a fireplace and ample seating. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Overall I would stay here again! 」

「Small, cute and lovely simply decorated clean 2 beds. no view (small window facing the roof). Beds could use a bit more cushion, and better fluffy pillows. TV & fridge in room.coffee maker. No microwave. Awesome view from main entry of hotel w rocking chairs at covered porch. 」

「Loved all the thoughtful details such as outdoor seating areas, game room, live entertainment. The shuttle service was fantastic. Walking by path to downtown was very convenient. Breakfast and poolside food all very good!」

「The staff was great! Despite the construction going on the noise was minimal. However the faucet in the bathroom was very loose and could almost pick it up off from the vanity. Lampshades were definitely showing age and wear. Hopefully things will be different when we stay in October.」
