Really enjoyed this property and location. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Bicycle rental on property was convenient too. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast at 1852 Grill Room was amazing and what a view! I will definitely look to stay here again! The ferry drop of our luggage directly to the hotel was an extra perk.

The Island House Hotel was very nice, clean, conveniently located. We also enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea at the 1852 restaurant and had a good pizza at the Ice House in back. The room we had wasn't large but the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner didn't work too well but overall we had a great stay on the island.

Loved sitting on the porch & watching the boats come & go in the harbor. Quiet wonderful room. We ate breakfast in the attached restaurant, they say us at the center window with the best view! The service & staff were all awesome. Highly recommend.
