「the room was clean and nice, but my mom couldn't stand the noice the bands are making」

「We had a great day! Close enough to Bourbon Street in all French Quarter, But far enough from the noise. Very quiet hotel. Hotel staff was Very polite. Hotel bar/restaurant was good. Listened to blues Trio and had a delicious dinner And dessert. Had breakfast the next morning in hotel restaurant and was so delicious. Staff was friendly. 」

「Great location in the French Quarter. Easy to walk everywhere and out of the fray. Would have been nice to have a fridge but the free bottled water was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. 」

「Stay was great and room was awesome. J Calo the Bel man was extra helpful and the front desk was very nice. Pool did run out of towels, we did ask for some and they were never brought over. Drinks while gambling did take a bit long to get back to us also. 」

「Beautiful hotel, wonderful service, amazing pool. Only downside is the bar, including the carousel one. Always packed, super loud, impossible to get a seat, which is a bummer for a hotel bar. Having said that, there are plenty of bars right outside. All in all, we will keep coming here, it’s wonderful.」

「Hotel puts forth quiet time hours beginning at 10:00 PM for the comfort of their guests. This was not enforced. Guests returning after 1:00 AM were noisily talking, laughing in the hallways disturbing peace & sleep of some guests. 」
