"I stayed here for my birthday weekend and before I even notified them of the occasion they upgraded my room for me. Then a call was placed to the property notifying them of my birthday and they brought a hand written card, chocolates, and sparkling water to my room as a gift. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The property is about a 7 min walk from a shopping area with a variety of stores and a 10 min drive to the mall. "

Say two bottles of water in room not there when asked for them it was a big deal n ehen we asked for two more bottles we had to pay for them. Says there is a gym but the gym is across the street. I was a little cold not extra blankets in room just a very light blanket on the bed but other than that it was a nice place to stay. I would go back"

"We stayed in the full ocean view room, it was right over the water, the balcony was perfect for the in room continental breakfast that was delivered to our room. The staff were amazing, everyone was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Both Cannery Row and the warf are about a 10 min walk, excellent location. The bed was very comfortable with nice quality linens. "
