"Lovely property. Superb hot tub. Excellent welcome from Elizabeth at reception. Amazing Barman at adjacent Brophys Tavern. Room very nice, but strangely lacking in places to hang anything. Nowhere to hang bathrobes or wet bathing suits. Towels are at opposite end of bathroom, meaning a slippery walk across wet tile to get a towel. No room around basin for toiletries. "

"Gorgeous, historic property with comfortable rooms. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A daily breakfast buffet that offers something for everyone in a beautiful setting. Gardens are the best Carmel has to offer. Two features that need improvement: please offer “real” in room coffee - not instant powdered stuff!! And please provide instruction in operation of in room temperature controls - hard to use this! Thanks for a lovely stay in a sublime hotel."

"Although the Adobe Inn is an older building, it is quite nice. Im glad my husband chose the Adobe Inn and I would stay there again. The gentlemen at the front desk was very pleasant. If I could change one thing it would be a softer mattress in room 29. It was ok for me but my husband had some issues."
