「The water quality in the swimming pool is terrible☹️ We live in room number 263. Our family is on vacation. A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. 「Had a good stay. Had some AC problems but they eventually handled it and the front desk manager made sure we were taken care of. It is a bit of an older property we’ve stayed there’d for many many years but you can tell they do their best to keep it up as much as possible. There was little gate keeping with the use of the pool so it was crowded and we know there were ppl there that were not staying at the hotel. All in all it was what wer were looking for for a small staycation 」

The door was broken it could be unlocked from the outside the lock wouldn’t work, the shower drain was partially clogged water drained very slowly, the mini fridge was also broken and I had told the person at the front desk many times but the door or fridge was never fixed.
