「酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。」

「The overall was good, except the safety! There was a guy stalking on my floor. He knocked our door and eavesdropped on us.」

「Good location, right opposite the pier and excellent for the promenade / beach. Took about 15/20 mins to walk into town. S good selection of restaurants on Terminus Rd which was about 5 mins walk away. On street parking (via permits from the hotel) for £2.20 a day, which was very reasonable. Room was good, with sea views, and everything we needed. All in all a good value hotel, I’d stay here again if I came back to Eastbourne. 」

「Everything was fine except attention to detail. Skirting boards around the window, the bin in bathroom everytime you went to put your foot on the peddle the bin toppled ovet so i had to use my hands. First maids service They didnt top up coffee and tea. They kindly put almond milk in our room but failed to put dairy milks which i did say it was only 1 of us who were dairy free. The changing room for swimming was absolutely disgusting. It made one feel dirty. The decor is crumbling. The bin for...

「The staff at the Chatsworth were so friendly, and accomodating. It made our short stay even nicer, to recieve good customer service. The location of the hotel is great, as everything you need is within walking distance. The breakfast is very tasty. There was nothing we could fault with this hotel.」

「We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.」

「This hotel has been renovated and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Lova on the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. The dining room wasn’t open as that part of the hotel is still being renovated but will be ready soon. The rates were very favorable and I would not hesitate to stay there again.」
