「I like how it was convenient to the police station, made me feel safe. The service was good. The only down side. Asked for extra pillows and towels, just had to grab them myself at the front desk. Which I didn’t mind, but. That was it. 」

「Everything was too notch except for two complaints- the refrigerator’s cooler was extremely loud and woke us up in the middle of the night so that we had to unplug it. The AC unit’s fan rotation mechanism was squeaky and that unit needs to be serviced. 」

After some time on the phone, at least 30 minutes or more, he was able to work with them to change our reservation for the same day. We really appreciate Mo's hospitality and willingness to help us.
