Our first stay and it was enjoyable. We were happy with the friendly staff and enjoyed a couple meals at the restaurant and Par Lounge. The room we stayed in would benefit from updating but was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Charming hotel at a beautiful location with nice views over the golf course from the rooms and from the restaurant. Very good food and excellent wines. Good happy hour in the Par lounge. Live band music some evenings. A fantastic olympic size very clean pool. Comfortable beds. Newly remodelled rooms. Good parking. We return to this great hotel every winter when visiting California.

Staff was extremely nice and friendly. The restaurant was very good - fair prices. The room was nice - good television - clean bathroom with good water pressure and quick hot water. Not overly fancy but clean and reasonable at a fair price. Golf course looked nice - nice practice putting green - and useable driving range. If in the Ramona area I would recommend it.

1. The pool area was extremely crowded...no loungers, chairs or even a bench were available. Lots of kids and some in the hot tub. 2. Our alarm clock went off in the middle of the 1st night...thanks to the previous occupants setting it!! The staff should check alarms to make sure they are not set. 3. The breakfast in their restaurant was very good. 4. This is an old resort...especially the bathroom could use a remodel. The bed was comfortable. 5. The location was right where we needed to be and the nightly rate was reasonable.
