Todo estuvo muy bien sólo que el desayuno decía que era hasta las 9:30 llegamos a las 8:40 am y ya no había casi nada y no volvieron a poner, como en otros hoteles que se termina y rellenan hasta la hora de cerrar.

I was honestly very surprised with this hotel. Everything was nice and clean & the staff was very nice . Breakfast was very delicious as well. U can make ur own waffles, they had omelettes, breakfast sausages, boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurts, coffee, apple juice, orange juice & fruit.

They gave away a prepaid reservation to some random guy and my mom and family had to sleep in their car. When Expedia contacted they said a guy checked in at 9 and left in the morning dropping off the keys to the room. Who was that man? Why would you give the room that was already paid for to some random guy. Very upset and disappointed.

This was a business trip so the lodging was not incredibly important. This location was about what you'd expect if you are not planning to be in the room very often. It's moderately run down, the water pressure is terrible (this may be a California thing), the microwave in our room was broken, and those staying there were somewhat sketchy. The staff was adequate and nice. I personally won't stay there again.

The young lady who registered me was very nice and polite. The cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive. For breakfast there are instructions on how to get the batter in a cup and pour it into the waffle machine, however there aren’t instructions on what to do once you pour the batter into the waffle machine. They could put some instructions about the machine and make it easier. The room was clean and well kept. We were in room 121 and the handle on the toilet needs to be repaired. Yes,we would stay there again.

My room was cleaned every day (requested). The staff (from the front desk to the cleaning/maintenance personal) were very courteous and helpful, even when I asked a lot of questions. Like when I said I didn't get the Wifi pw...it was right on the key card cover! Breakfast was delicious every day (stayed for 6 days). They varied the egg breakfast choices every couple of days. Make your own waffles were good too. Didn't get to use the hot tub or pool, which were very clean. I was too busy taking day trips. I will be a repeat customer!

The hotel was outdated and dirty. Sticky floors, stained bedding and multiple places smelled like urine. The staff did the best they could to help, but the whole place needs a major renovation. At least the staff was nice though.
