We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. It was a long walk down my hall to room because I had a recent hip replacement and the coffee maker in room didn't work, so I left a note. I wish prices weren't so high on rooms since traveling and gas prices high also, it makes it hard to visit family.」
