DO NOT STAY HERE. They refused to give me a room AND did not refund my money!!! They stole my money! I paid for my room using rewards. They told me the virtual credit card Expedia sent them did not work and they refused to give me a room, but they kept payment. I had to contact Expedia to resolve the issue.

This was the most unkempt I've ever seen a hotel, even through an obvious renovation. Dirty mirrors, linen, towels, roaches. I addressed my concerns with the desk at checkout, we had just become aware of the bugs morning after checkout (one night). I asked for the manager, I was told they were not in. I told them I would need to be refunded for the experience, well below the bar, I was told my stay would be refunded. I was not. Don't waste your money.

Pretty trashy hotel lol. The hallways literally had holes all over the ceiling and pieces of drywall/ceiling tile scattered everywhere, there were trash cans overflowing with empty beer cans, etc etc. The room itself was surprisingly okay though, seemed reasonably clean, and the bed was comfortable. Still not worth the price though :( Additionally, I was charged a fee for traveling with my dog, even though the listing stated there was no pet fee.

The shower drain was clogged, and without any prior notice, the room’s lock was changed. I only discovered this when I returned in the evening and found my key no longer worked. It turned out they had replaced the lock and failed to update my key accordingly which made for an awkward and inconvenient experience.

The room smelled moldy, a lot of sticky dust on the AC unit and surge protectors. Bathroom floor had a slippery sheen. Ample parking. Reception area was nice.

First, the extremely nice lady working the front desk was great. Polite, thorough and quick. Then we went to our rooms on the second floor, the entire hallway smelt like a dirty ashtray, the rooms (we had two) smelt worse (these were supposed to be non smoking rooms). One room had what appeared to be coffee spilt/thrown all over the bathroom door, it was still somewhat wet from the prior person in the room? Hair in the bathtub, no way it was even rinced from the prior renter. Will absolutey never go back to this hotel.

I am not one to leave distasteful reviews but this place was absolutely disgusting. Dirt layered everywhere. Nothing about this place was welcoming or clean. It had an awful smell all throughout the place including inside the room. The room had such poor ventilation that it felt damp and sticky. Everything was rusted and the bathroom was filled with mildew. The air vent was filthy. I cleaned it myself and got a load of dust off of it. The vestibule going to the outside doors and to the second floor smelled of sewage and had dead bugs all throughout. There was not one good thing about it. I would never recommend to anyone.

Our room was for sure clean!!! I checked in at 2pm (got the keys to the room) and actually went into the room at 11 pm… it still smelled very “clean”. The cleaner smell was a bit over powering… we had to leave the door open to the hallway for about a half an hour to be able to breathe in there. I’m not sure if it was a type of air freshener or what… but I will be making sure that my next stay anywhere is like that. We both have breathing issues and it was a problem for us. Honestly- without MY breathing issues… it was nice for the room to not smell like a stale hotel room…

I like the privacy. I didn’t think the front desk was friendly at all. After I checked out waiting for my family and I ride they called the police and said they wanted us trespassed, and they told the police they trespassed us a few days before that, but that’s not true. We paid almost 1,200 to stay there for 10 days and the day we checked out they called and lied to the police. Do not ever stay at this hotel one side of the building near entrance B looks like it’s falling apart.
