My stay at Extended Stay America, falsely listed as a three-star hotel on Expedia, was a complete disaster. I’m appalled Expedia recommended this one-star mess. For both days of our stay, we had no room keys. We had to call the front desk every time, but with only one overworked staff member, we were stuck waiting outside our room—sometimes for ages. This was beyond frustrating.
The room was a dump: sticky floors, broken shelves, flimsy comforters, and no warm sheets. Our assigned room wasn’t even ready, forcing us to consider leaving. The breakfast was a sham, and weed odors in the corridors made it unbearable. The hotel’s mismanagement was evident, with indifferent staff barely coping.
Expedia, your three-star rating is a lie. This stay ruined our trip. Stop listing Extended Stay America and explain how you’ll fix this misleading endorsement.
