「The hotel was very quiet on arrival but became busier as the week went on. The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy, the room very comfortable with everything you could need. The only slight negative was the limited choice at the bar and the prices for drinks were very high. Probably for that reason the hotel public areas were always very quiet.」

The bed was very comfortable. We stayed in Quito. The bathroom although small, had everything you could need, including an wonderful shower.」

「We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. Restaurant looked really nice which I guess is the reason why almost all the photos are of the restaurant. English breakfast tasted good! Thank you.」

「Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. This was no problem, we were very quickly moved to an en-suite. Both rooms, en-suite and standard, were very clean, tidy, modern and comfortable.
