We had a lovely 3-night stay at Golden Sands Holiday Park by Away Resorts. Our caravan was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient for exploring North Wales, including Snowdonia, Llandudno and the beautiful surrounding coastline. Being close to the beach was an added bonus, and the holiday park made a good base for our road trip with friends. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Golden Sands Holiday Park to anyone looking for a short family break or a getaway with friends in North Wales. Thank you to the team for making our stay enjoyable!

Why book a hotel? We cooked our own food and enjoyed the footpath both ways to Rhyl and Abergele. We will definitely be back! (One point for the owner, get a shower head that fits the holder)

Lovely stay. The only thing I'd note is you need to add towels to your stay (via the app, I think) if you're booking through Expedia.

Caravan was clean and had lovely big duvets on the beds. We had comfort van and it was very spacious. Kitchen adequately equipped for our needs. We had no fuss or interaction with any other travellers bar polite ‘hellos’ in passing. Lots of the vans were privately owned and you could see the care and pride taken. Didn’t use any facilities as we came for a quiet get away.
