Warm welcome and a tour of the amenities from Stuart including the dining room and our table already set for breakfast and the lounge with its well stocked bar . Then to our very comfortable upgraded room with large bed and spotless ensuite.

We were sadly only there for one night, but we really wanted to stay much longer! Our room was amazing, so spacious and beautiful, and the hosts were so sweet, generous and helpful! Would recommend a stay here to everyone.

This is one of the most outstanding hotels that I've ever visited, and the only hotel I've stayed at three times over. Here on business , fantastic location and a stunning property. The owners were so welcoming and made me feel at home The " Florence " room was stunning abd spacious Wlyld recommend this to anybody - business or pleasure.

For being an old property it is very well maintained and decorated, it was warm and cosy even on the cold night we were there, Susan and Stewart were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble, check in was quick and easy. There was nothing we didn't like and we will definitely be back to explore the area more.

A lovely house run by a lovely couple! We really enjoyed our stay here - the owners are very friendly and helpful, the food was really nice and the house is brilliant - a historic gem of a building with excellent facilities. Convenient for Bodnant Gardens, Rhos-on-Sea and Conwy.

Really enjoyed the stay at the Ffarm. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We particularly liked the full sized snooker table and bar with honesty box. Would definitely stay again.

What an impressive castle! Beautiful to drive up to, incredible service, fun to walk through and every accomdation as a hotel. Close to the major attractions in the northern part of Wales. Stewart and Susan are lovely! Thank you! A beautiful experience to add to our time in Wales.
