「Room was a nice two bedroom suite, we had booked a single bedroom suite but by arrival were upgraded. One room had a king size bed with private bathroom while the other room was a pair of twin beds with a bathroom off of the main room of the suite. 「Rooms are a good size (we had the king size bed room). The few good things about the room: the bathroom is spacious, the kitchenette is fully stocked with cooking supplies, there is a laundry available per unit, and both the location and price are decent. The location is convenient to major sites like Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Jamestown. The bad things - the bed is uncomfortable and the couch is ancient and flat when sat on. During our stay, the entry way shows signs of water...

「The grounds behind the unit had lots of trash thrown out there. House cleaning could do much better. Lots of dust on lamp shades and balcony had not been wiped down or swept in a long time. I did that myself,as the cob webs wete ridiculous. This will not kerp me from coming back,but needs to be addressed and units checked out more often for what they clean.」

「The staff was great! They were nice, helpful, and accommodating. When we got there we did not get the room with the balcony that we booked. I let the desk know and they put us in the correct room right away. The room was much bigger. The only problem was the light in the bathroom didn’t work. We were only there for 1 night so it wasn’t worth trying to move again, just kind of inconvenient. Also the outside pool was closed and the hot tub was out of order. But the inside pool was nice and clean...
