「Todo súper bien, el desayuno súper completo y muy bueno, muy bien ubicado el hotel, lo que sí no me gustó fue que la habitación se escucha todos los vehículos que pasan en la noche en la calle principal. Es lo único para la gente que tiene que el sueño ligero no se los recomiendo. 」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「The hacienda was so nice and updated, staff was incredible! Every time we come back to our room , it was freshly cleaned. Wish there was more of a nightlife but overall, our experience was amazing. It was a bonus as well that we had access to its sister resort that has a connecting bridge ! Overall very satisfied. 」

「Pros: Staff is very friendly and very attentive. The food was very good as well. The property is big and the pools are nice. They have two swim up bars, activities for families, buffet, specialty restaurant, tour desk, coffee shop, lounge area, and easy access to the beach. The location was within walking distance to several other hotels, restaurants, and shops. Cons: the room we stayed in was large and had a pool view.
